Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio is accepting resumes for the position of Park Maintenance Supervisor. Under the general direction of the Service Director, the Park Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and performing the activities related to maintenance, repairs and improvements to all township-owned parks and public grounds. The Park Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of assigned employees to make the most effective and efficient use of skills and equipment available. The Park Maintenance Supervisor shall also be responsible for other related duties in the Service Department as assigned.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; ten (10) years experience in grounds maintenance, turf management, or horticulture of which five (5) years was in a supervisory position; or any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the position. Possession of a valid Ohio Commercial Driver’s license within 6 months of employment is required.
The hiring salary range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Miami Township offers a very competitive benefit package.
