ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES

The Miami Township Administrator’s Office includes the Township Administration, the Fiscal Officer’s staff, and all other Administrative Staff. It is located inside the Miami Township Civic Center at 6101 Meijer Drive, just off of Route 28. General questions about township operations and functions may be directed to the Administrative Staff. Questions related to a specific department (Police, Fire/EMS, Road Maintenance, Recreation, Zoning) should be directed to that department first.

 
The Karl Von Coldewey Disc Golf Course at Miami Township’s Community Park on Buckwheat Road is NOW OPEN. This new course has already been enjoyed by many and serves as a lasting tribute to long-time Miami Township resident Karl Coldewey.

Larry Fronk is Administrator for Miami Township and was previously the Community Development Director, a position he held for 12 years.  Before working for the Township, he was Community Development Director for the City of Forest Park, and a planner for the Clermont County Planning Commission.  Larry has over 25 years of experience in local government planning, zoning and community development.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Administration and Urban Affairs from Indiana State University.

Jeff comes to Miami Township with 13 years of experience in local government administration and urban planning. Jeff comes to the Township from the City of Loveland where he served as Assistant City Manager for three years.  Previous to working at the City of Loveland, Jeff served as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Milford for five years, as a planner for the Butler County Department of Development and a township planner for West Chester.

Jeff’s experience will strengthen the Township management team as he directs Planning and Community Development efforts, multimedia activities, and Human Resources.  Jeff is a resident of Miami Township and is eager to serve his community.
