NOTICE OF MEETING
October 2, 2008 Meeting
The Miami Township Zoning Commission will meet on October 2,
2008 and hear the following items:
All three of the cases relate to the Middleton Oaks development
located on Branch Hill Guinea Pike directly
opposite Murle Lane.
This case is a request
for a major modification to the approved site plan.
The request is to is to eliminate two
condominium buildings (total of 16 units) and replace them with a 24
unit Independent Senior Living Facility.
This case is a request
for a major modification to the approved site plan.
The request is to convert the upper floor
of the existing retail/office building from office to residential.
The proposal is for 10 senior living units.
This case is a
rezoning of the west and southern portion of the site from R-2 Single
Family and B-1 Neighborhood
Business, with a Planned Development Overlay to R-PUD Residential
Planned Unit Development. The
proposal is
to eliminate the 8 single family lot and replace them with 13
condominium units in a mix of detached and attached
buildings.
